Ivan came out to repair our Dryer that stopped working, he was VERY PROFESSIONAL and explained different options that were available to us regarding what direction we wanted to go with repairing our Dryer regarding the cost. Ivan did get the Dryer going and did a GREAT JOB cleaning up after himself!! Ivan showed up wearing a face mask and he also practiced social distancing throughout the time he was here repairing and diagnosing the problem with the Dryer, which was very much appreciated!! The pricing was reasonable for the work provided and we will definitely use Ivan at VK Appliance repair again!!

My fridge, dryer, and dishwasher all decided to go right before Christmas. VK was here anytime I needed him and a text away when another decided to go out. He truly cared about the family, and not the money. He is honest about when you need a new appliance and when he can fix it. Great guy!

I received a call from VK appliance, and he was willing to come out same day. At the last minute I had to cancel and reschedule for the following day. He told me between the hours of 5-7 pm. He called at 5:13 PM was already in my subdivision. He did the diagnostic test, once he told me the problem he gave me the blue book value along with a discount fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. I was pleased with his work and service. I would definitely refer VK appliance to friends and family if needed. I would definitely use them again.

VK is amazing. We have found our appliance repair man. He responded promptly, and when he was delayed he let us know. He fixed our dishwasher quickly, even though he had to get a part he had not anticipated. He also came during a dreadful storm, when he could have easily put us off for another day. He is honest, straightforward and a delight to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

I called VK appliance and within two hours he came to my house to look at my faulty dishwasher. He spent about 1 hour and without needing to replace any parts he got it running again. He stayed a few extra minutes to make sure it successfully ran. Super thankful he was so prompt and so professional. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

VK instilled confidence when diagnosing the problem with our cook top. After a poor experience with a big box store, we were delighted to have VK install a new cook top. He made sure that the cook top was seated well into the existing cutout which required some frame trim work and thinking outside the box to cut a groove in the wood frame to allow the metal to fit. He also fixed the ice dispenser on our refrigerator. We highly recommend VK!

So proud to post this recommendation. Our electric dryer stopped heating. Had a repairman scheduled for a Saturday appointment however received a text saying he would not be able to come due to an illness. Started looking to see if another company would come out on Saturday at such short notice. Called VK Appliance Repair and was told a tech would be at our house by 3:00. The repair person arrived before 3 and went right to work. Gave us a solution to repair and a fair charge for fixing the dryer. The individual was courteous and informative and worked quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

We made the right decision by choosing VK appliance repair for our dishwasher installation. He arrived the next day and installed our dishwasher in less than an hour. VK appliance repair went above and beyond to repair my refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, took extra steps to secure the replacement part, drove out of his way to get the part, and came back and installed it. All within a 2 hour time frame. That is A+ service. His pricing is also very reasonable. I am so happy that I selected VK and I will definitely be using his services again soon.
